About 30 minutes, on a video call with screen sharing. Bring your phone if you want to see the site the way guests will.
What should I prepare?
Nothing formal. Knowing how many locations you run, and having one location's hours to hand, lets us build a page live with realistic example data.
Is there any obligation to buy?
No. You leave with the plan that fits and the exact price. If it is not right for you, that is the end of it.
Can my business partner or manager join?
Yes. Decisions in a restaurant group are often made by two or three people; bring whoever needs to see it.
Will you show how the AI Engine answers calls?
Yes, if you are considering The Route or The Full Circuit. We show how it answers for a specific location and how hand-offs reach your team.
What happens after the demo if I want to go ahead?
You order, pay the first monthly invoice and fill in the onboarding form. The build fee is only invoiced after your site is live and approved.
What is actually included for a restaurant with more than one location?
Every plan includes one page per location with its own hours, map and menu highlights, a shared menu system so a price or dish updates everywhere it applies, enquiry routing so a form on one location's page reaches that location, the location finder tool, managed hosting, and researched articles. The Route adds the AI Engine and The Full Circuit adds the Content Engine on top of that.
How long until my site is live?
7 days on The Single Counter, 10 on The Route while the AI agents are trained, and 15 on The Full Circuit with the content engine running. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner the form is in, the sooner every location is live.
