What happens after you write to us

What client teams say about hearing back

  • Before this, sending our diner group visits form felt like posting a letter into the dark. The new confirmation states what happens next and how to amend anything that needs changing. Duplicate submissions have dropped away almost completely.

Submission acknowledgment and follow-up for diner group visits

  • People following up on diner group visits used to complete the entire inquiry form again. The two message types arrive under different subjects, so the sorting is done for us. It respects the fact that a conversation already exists.

Before you write in

How fast will someone reply?

A person replies within one working day. Our business hours are 9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday, excluding United States public holidays, so a message sent on a weekend is answered on the next business day.

Do you take phone calls?

Email and the contact form are the fastest way to reach us. If a call suits you better, book a demo and pick a time.

What should I include in my message?

How many locations you run, where they are, what kind of restaurant it is, and the one thing your current website gets wrong most often. That lets us answer with specifics.

Do you work with restaurants in my state?

Yes. We work remotely across the United States, with restaurant operators in states such as New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and Ohio, Texas, Florida and Georgia and more.

I am already a client. Where do I send changes?

Use your client portal. Revisions, support tickets and files all live there, so nothing gets lost in an inbox.

What happens straight after I buy?

You fill in the onboarding form and submit it. It asks for your services, your locations, your brand, your domain and where enquiries should land for each address, and it takes about 15 minutes per location plus a shared section for brand-wide details. If something is missing, submit anyway: you can send the rest by email or raise it as a ticket in your client portal, and it will not hold up the build. We then run one onboarding call to fill any gaps and agree the launch date.

What is the client portal?

It is your account with us, and you get it the day your site goes live. From the portal you request revisions for any single location or for the whole brand, raise a support ticket, send us files you still owe us, and message our team directly. Everything to do with your site runs through it, so nothing gets lost in an inbox. You never log in to the website itself; we handle that side.

How do you gather details for several locations at once without it taking forever?

The onboarding form has one shared section for brand-wide details, like your logo and overall tone, and one repeatable section per location for its address, hours and phone number. Most groups with two or three rooms finish in under 45 minutes total. Larger groups can send location details as a spreadsheet instead of typing each one into the form, and we build from that.

Prefer to see it instead of describing it?

A live demo shows a location page built for your kind of restaurant in about 30 minutes.
