One page per address
Not a card in a list: a real page with its own content, hours and map.
This is what your location switcher would show
Example only. Every address, hours and status below is illustrative sample data, not a real DinerSites location.
Restaurant location page design means every address gets a real page of its own, not a card in a list, because hours, phone numbers and what makes a room different genuinely change from one location to the next.
What it costs
Address and an embedded map, hours written out for every day of the week including holiday exceptions, the phone number that room actually answers, parking or entrance notes if they matter, a short section on what makes that location different, and a link to the shared menu with any location-specific items or specials called out clearly.
A page listing three addresses under one paragraph tells a search engine there is one restaurant with a footnote, not three places worth finding independently. It also gives a customer nothing specific: no confirmation of hours for the room they are driving to, no local phone number, no sense of what that particular location is like.
Each location page links back to the shared menu, to the location finder, and to a per-location enquiry form. When a shared menu item changes, every location page that carries it updates automatically, so the individual pages stay accurate without individual maintenance.
Not a card in a list: a real page with its own content, hours and map.
Every day of the week, plus holiday exceptions, entered once and shown accurately.
The number that specific room answers, not a shared line that may or may not be picked up.
Routes to that address specifically, tagged so nobody has to guess which room it is about.
Menu and price changes flow through automatically from one shared source.
This service is part of a full managed plan, not a one-off job. Here is what runs alongside it.
Every plan
Every address gets its own page with its own hours, menu highlights and map, so nothing gets averaged across locations.
Every plan
Change a price or a holiday hour once and it updates everywhere it needs to, without a second location quietly falling behind.
Every plan
Custom-coded pages served from the edge, 90+ PageSpeed guaranteed, on the home page and on every location page.
Every plan
A form filled out on the downtown page reaches downtown, not a shared inbox someone checks once a day.
Every plan
We check for stale specials, seasonal hours and outdated photos across every location on a weekly cycle.
Every plan
Two to three researched articles a week, written for your area and your kind of restaurant, published under your name.
Every plan
Cloudflare hosting with SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth included, nothing itemized, whether you run one room or five.
The Route and The Full Circuit
An AI receptionist and site chat that can answer hours, location and menu questions correctly for the right address.
The Full Circuit
Three articles a week, three social image posts a week, two reels a week and a managed Google Business Profile for every location.
Every plan
A tool on your home page that asks where someone is and sends them straight to the right location page, correct hours included.
Every plan
Technical and on-page SEO, a real page per location, answer-first copy, FAQ blocks, structured data (JSON-LD) and an llms.txt file, on every plan.
Every plan
5 revisions a month of any size, each done within 2 to 5 working days, requested from one client portal.
Every plan
One domain included and registered in your name, or your own pointed at the new site, with redirects from your old addresses.
Running more than one room already?
Plans from $117 a month, live in 7 days. No obligation to buy on the call.
The same four steps for every plan. The launch clock starts at the onboarding call, not at purchase.
Step 1
That starts the plan. The build fee is not charged yet.
Step 2
About 15 minutes per location on the form, then one call to fill gaps and agree the launch date.
Step 3
Every page on the shared system, checked on a phone, for speed and against your real hours and menu.
Step 4
Live in 7 to 15 days depending on plan. The $647 build fee is invoiced after you approve.
The price does not change with the number of locations. What drives the choice of plan is how much you want running on top of the site: the AI Engine on The Route, the Content Engine on The Full Circuit.
| Plan | Monthly | Live in | Articles a week | Adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| The Single Counter | $117 | 7 days | 2 | The full website, managed |
| The Route | $247 plus AI usage | 10 days | 2 | AI Engine |
| The Full Circuit | $597 plus AI usage | 15 days | 3 | AI Engine and Content Engine |
Every plan: $647 one-time build fee invoiced after launch, 5 revisions a month then $20 each, each within 2 to 5 working days. Domain and hosting included.
We used to forward diner group visits emails around and hope somebody had replied. Now each request has a named owner and enough detail for a colleague to cover it. Holiday cover stopped being an archaeological exercise.
Inquiry assignment and staff handover for diner group visits
The diner group visits page used to describe everything and route nothing. Inquiries arrive at the right office already labeled, no internal relay required. Customers no longer need a map of our internal structure.

So there are no surprises later. Everything else on this page is inside the monthly fee.
The $647 one-time build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you have told us you are satisfied with it. Cancel before the build starts and no build fee is charged.
On mobile and desktop, for pages we build and host. If a page drops below 90+ because of our work, we fix it at no charge.
If your site has not started ranking for local searches in your area within 3 to 5 months of launch, we keep doing the search work at no additional charge until it does.
No long contract. Email us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date (business hours are 9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday, excluding United States public holidays) and no further invoice is raised.
Registered in your name. If you leave, we transfer it at no charge and send an export of your content and articles.
The fine print, in plain words: all sales are final, and neither guarantee is a refund. They do not cover changes made by you or third parties, or rankings for terms outside your area. Full wording is in the terms and the refund policy.
Each address gets its own full page rather than a line in a list, with its own hours, map, phone number and content that a search engine and a customer can both use.
Yes. Menu content is shared by default so updates are easy, but any item can be marked specific to one location.
No. Because the structure already exists, a new location page is a revision handled within the plan's normal turnaround.
That is the intent behind building them this way: real, specific content per address gives each one a genuine reason to rank for searches tied to its own town.
Address and map, hours for every day plus holiday exceptions, the phone number that room answers, parking or entrance notes, what makes that location different, and links to the menu and a location-specific enquiry form.
Yes. Each location carries structured data describing the place, which helps search engines and AI assistants understand which address, hours and phone number belong together.
Yes, using your own photos of each location.
There is no practical limit. Each new address is one revision on the system you already have.
A live walk-through of the site you would get, in about 30 minutes. Plans from $117 a month, the $647 build fee invoiced only after launch, domain and hosting included.
